保护性睡眠护理对疝气手术患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨保护性睡眠护理对疝气手术患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年12月至2023年10月厦门大学附属第一医院普外科122例疝气手术患者作为研究对象,采用摸球法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理联合保护性睡眠护理。比较2组睡眠质量、心理状态、生命质量及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组睡眠质量评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),心理状态评分均低于对照组,生命质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用保护性睡眠可显著改善疝气手术患者的睡眠质量,提高其生命质量及心理状态,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of protective sleep care on the sleep quality of patients undergoing hernia surgery.Methods:A total of 122 patients undergoing hernia surgery in the Department of General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from December 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by the ball-touching method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received routine nursing care combined with protective sleep care.The sleep quality,psychological state,quality of life,and postoperative complication incidence of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of sleep quality scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological state scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication incidence was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of protective sleep nursing can significantly improve sleep quality,enhance quality of life,and improve psychological status in patients undergoing hernia surgery,while also reducing the incidence of complications.
