摘　　要：目的:观察并分析心理干预联合睡眠护理对甲状腺癌术后患者心理弹性及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年9月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的甲状腺癌术后患者88例作为研究对象,按1∶1比例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规护理+心理干预,观察组采用常规护理+心理干预+睡眠护理,比较2组干预前后心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、简易疲惫量表(BFI)]变化。结果:观察组应用心理干预联合睡眠护理后,CD-RISC、PSQI、BFI评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺癌术后患者应用心理干预联合睡眠护理,可提高心理弹性,改善睡眠质量,值得应用推广。Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of psychological intervention combined with sleep care on the psychological resilience and sleep quality of patients after thyroid surgery.Methods:A total of 88 postoperative thyroid cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to a 1∶1 ratio,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine care plus psychological intervention,while the observation group received routine care plus combined with psychological intervention-and sleep care.The changes in psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Brief Fatigue Inventory(BFI)]of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results:After the application of psychological intervention combined with sleep care,the improvements in CD-RISC,PSQI,and BFI scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological intervention combined with sleep care in postoperative thyroid cancer patients can improve psychological resilience and sleep quality,and it is worthy of application and promotion.
