摘 要:针对传统线下实验教学存在资源调度慢、应用成本高,导致虚拟仿真实验教学存在智能化水平不高的问题,提出设计一个大数据框架的虚拟仿真实验教学平台。首先,基于教师和学生的实际教学需求,采用云计算平台搭建一个虚拟仿真实验教学平台;然后提出并行化的IGAAGO算法;最后将提出的并行化的IGAAGO算法应用到虚拟仿真实验教学平台中进行最优求解,实现系统资源优化调度。仿真结果表明,相较于优化前的GA算法、ACO算法,TCN-GRU算法和SDN-DDQN算法,本算法在迭代至37次时即可实现收敛,负载均衡度更高,算法执行时间仅为18.4 s,均低于另外几种算法。系统应用可知,采用IGAACO算法能够实现系统负载均衡分配,从而提升了系统容量和处理能力,系统资源调度效果显著提升,从而降低了应用成本,满足系统实际应用和设计需求。In view of the problems of slow resource scheduling and high application cost,which lead to the low intelligence level of virtual simulation experimental teaching,the paper proposed to design a virtual simulation experimental teaching platform with big data framework.Firstly,based on the actual teaching needs of teachers and students,a cloud computing platform builds a virtual sim-ulation experiment teaching platform;then a parallelized IGAAGO algorithm is proposed;finally the proposed parallelized IGAAGO algorithm is applied to the virtual simulation experiment teaching platform for optimal solution to realize the optimal scheduling of sys-tem resources.The simulation results show that compared with GA algorithm,ACO algorithm,TCN-GRU algorithm and SDN-DDQN algorithm,the algorithm can achieve convergence at 37 times,the load equilibrium degree is higher,and the algorithm execution time of the algorithm is only 18.4 s,which is lower than several other algorithms.According to the system application,the IGAACO algo-rithm can realize the system load balance distribution,which can improve the system capacity and processing capacity,and signifi-cantly improve the system resource scheduling effect,so as to reduce the application cost and meet the practical application and design requirements of the system.
