社会学习理论视域下科学家精神挖掘与课程思政应用探析——基于科技名人档案

摘　　要：科技名人档案凝结着科学家的求学历程、治学主张、科研实践与心路历程,具有巨大的思想政治教育价值,可作为课程思政的优秀补充资源。从社会学习理论视角出发,厘清了科技名人档案与社会学习理论的价值关联,再借助扎根理论,运用Nvivo 11软件对在中国科学家博物馆官网选取的41篇样本进行开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,提炼出科技名人档案蕴含的爱国为民、理想信念、求实创新、无私奉献、协同合作、育人精神六大思政主题,并解析其针对性运用场景,最后基于班杜拉社会学习理论中的三元交互理论、观察学习理论、自我效能感理论探索科学家精神思政元素融入课程思政的途径,以期为科技名人档案思政资源的开发利用及课程思政教育的有效实施提供参考。The archives of science and technology celebrities embody the learning process,academic proposals,scientific research practices,and emotional journey of scientists,and have enormous value in ideological and political education.They can serve as excellent supplementary resources for curriculum ideological and political education.Starting from the perspective of social learning theory,the value relationship between archives of science and technology celebrities and social learning theory was clarified.Then,with the help of grounded theory,Nvivo 11 was used to conduct open coding,main axis coding,and selective coding on 41 samples selected from the website of the Chinese Museum of Scientists.Six ideological and political themes of patriotism for the people,practical innovation,selfless dedication,collaborative cooperation,and educational spirit were extracted from science and technology celebrity archives,and their targeted application scenarios were analyzed.Finally,based on Bandura’s triadic interaction theory,observational learning theory,and self-efficacy theory,the ways in which the ideological and political elements of scientist spirit were integrated into curriculum ideological and political education were explored,in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of ideological and political resources in archives of science and technology celebrities and the effective implementation of curriculum ideological and political education.
