摘　　要：红色档案资源是赋能高校学生党员教育的重要宝库,对深化高校学生党员教育具有重要意义。在梳理既有研究的基础上,全面分析红色档案资源赋能高校学生党员教育的价值逻辑,并聚焦意识、内容和工具层面深度剖析了红色档案资源赋能高校学生党员教育的实践困境。基于此,有针对性地提出了红色档案资源赋能高校学生党员教育的纾解进路,即变革红色档案资源赋能高校学生党员教育的思维观念、创优红色档案资源赋能高校学生党员教育的内容供给、建构红色档案资源赋能高校学生党员教育的工具体系。Red archive resources are an important treasure trove for empowering the education of university student party members,which is of great significance for deepening the education of university student party members.On the basis of existing studies,the article comprehensively analyzes the value logic of red archive resources empowering the education of university student party members,and focuses on consciousness,content and tools to deeply analyze the practical dilemmas of red archive resources empowering the education of university student party members.Based on this,the solution to the problem of red archive resources empowering the education of university student party members is proposed,namely,to change the concept of red archive resources empowering the education of university student party members,to create a superior content supply of red archive resources empowering the education of university student party members,and to construct a system of tools for the education of university student party members empowered by red archive resources.
