摘　　要：基于社会记忆理论,探讨了口述档案在采集、整理、开发、利用等环节中的策略与方法。社会记忆视角为口述档案工作提供了新的理论视野,在选题策划、访谈实施、编目著录、档案展示等过程中要关注个人记忆与集体记忆的互动,深入挖掘口述档案所蕴含的社会文化意义。同时,口述档案应立足社会发展需求,在传承社会记忆、服务社会大众中彰显其独特价值。Based on the theory of social memory,this paper discusses the strategies and methods in the collection,sorting,development and utilization of oral archives.The paper points out that the perspective of social memory provides a new theoretical horizon for oral archival work,requiring attention to the interaction between individual memory and collective memory in the process of topic selection planning,interview implementation,cataloging,archival display,etc.,and exploring the social and cultural significance contained in oral content.At the same time,oral archives should be based on the needs of social development,and show unique value in inheriting social memory and serving the public.
