金砖国家新工业革命领域人才培养的现状与路径选择

摘　　要：近年来,金砖国家新工业革命领域人才培养已具备一定基础和条件,但仍存在人才培养观念陈旧与模式单一、知识体系与教学体系不适应新工业革命人才培养需求、人才培养平台建设薄弱和培养途径局限性较大,尤其是金砖国家“扩容”后多边合作环境复杂等现实问题。呼应新工业革命领域人才培养素质结构与技能要求变革的新要求,金砖国家应全方位、多举措推进新工业革命领域人才培养。具体路径是:建构跨学科交叉融合的人才培养体系;创建体现产业最新发展的专业和课程体系;实施问题导向与项目学习的教学方案;加强金砖国家新工业革命领域人才培养合作。Recent years have witnessed a solid foundation and favorable conditions being laid for talent development within the realm of the New Industrial Revolution across BRICS countries.Despite this progression,challenges persist,including outdated concepts and a single talent development approach,a mismatch between the knowledge and teaching systems and the talent demands of the New Industrial Revolution,insubstantial platforms for talent development,and significant limitations in talent development methodologies.These challenges are exacerbated by the complexities of multilateral collaboration environments following the BRICS expansion.Answering the call of evolving demands for talent development in the New Industrial Revolution—demands that encompass shifts in the structure of quality and skill requisites—BRICS countries must champion talent development within this sphere in a comprehensive and diverse manner.The pathways for this initiative involve:forging a talent development framework that embodies interdisciplinary integration;instituting specialties and curriculum systems that echo the latest industrial advancements;implementing problem-led and project-based pedagogical strategies;and bolstering cooperation among BRICS countries for talent development within the New Industrial Revolution realm.
