摘　　要：中国是水产品进口大国,已建立了较完备的进口水产品监管法律法规和标准体系,并于2024年进行了优化调整。本文系统解读了进口水产品的范围、监管要求,梳理了检验检疫议定书的要求,分析了近期的政策变化,旨在为正在出口或有意开拓中国市场的水产品生产企业和出口企业提供参考。China is a major importer of aquatic products and has established a relatively complete system of laws,regulations,and standards for the supervision of imported aquatic products.These policies will undergo optimization and adjustment in 2024.This article systematically interprets the scope and regulatory requirements of imported aquatic products,sorts out the requirements of the Inspection and Quarantine Protocol,and analyzes recent policy changes,aiming to provide reference for aquatic product production and export enterprises that are exporting or intend to explore the Chinese market.
