摘　　要：随着信息技术和人工智能的不断发展,数字技术赋能腐败治理成为可能。数字技术赋能腐败治理蕴含着深刻的内在逻辑,其政治逻辑是始终坚持党对数字技术赋能腐败治理的集中统一领导,其联动逻辑是“党-人民-技术-反腐”的多维互动。嵌入数字技术的腐败治理有助于对腐败现象进行精准打击和有效监管,是实现互动式反腐向联动式反腐转变的关键武器。但目前数字技术赋能腐败治理存在技术、信息、制度方面的现实困境,即数字技术赋能腐败治理的基础保障条件有待优化、数字技术赋能腐败治理的信息不对称问题有待解决、数字技术赋能腐败治理的制度实效有待提升。对此,需要从认知层面、信息层面、制度层面探索数字技术赋能腐败治理的优化路径,不断清除数字技术赋能腐败治理的利益与观念障碍、着力解决数字技术赋能腐败治理的信息不对称问题、不断完善数字技术赋能腐败治理的法治保障体系,以此构建新时代全覆盖、全领域、全方位的数字化腐败治理新格局。With the continuous development of information technology and artificial intelligence,it is possible for digital technology to empower corruption governance.The political logic is always adhering to the party's centralized and unified leadership over digital technology-empowered corruption governance,and its linkage logic is the multi-dimensional interaction of“party-people-technology-anti-corruption”.Embedding digital technology in corruption governance helps to accurately combat and effectively regulate corruption phenomena.It is a key weapon for achieving the transformation from interactive anti-corruption to linked anti-corruption.However,at present,there are also practical dilemmas in technology,information and system in terms of digital technology-empowered corruption governance,which are the following,the basic guarantee conditions for digital technology-empowered corruption governance need to be optimized,the information asymmetry problem of digital technology-empowered corruption governance needs to be solved,and the institutional effectiveness of digital technology-empowered corruption governance needs to be improved.Efforts should be made to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the process of corruption governance,and to continuously improve the legal guarantee system for digital technology to empower corruption governance,so as to build a new pattern of full-coverage,allanea,and all-rounded digital corruption governance in the new era.
