摘　　要：经济社会的快速发展以及高等教育的普及让高校毕业生创业就业呈现出多元化发展趋势,这对传统的就业指导工作提出了新的挑战。主要针对当前就业市场的供需匹配度、就业创业环境以及毕业生所面临的机遇提出精准化服务理论框架,并结合实际情况提出精准识别学生需求、优化课程体系、深化校企合作、整合信息资源等措施,旨在提高毕业生的就业创业能力和成功率,帮助其顺利融入社会。The rapid development of the economy and society,as well as the popularization of higher education,have led to a diversified development trend in employment and entrepreneurship among collegeg graduates,challenging traditional guidance work.This paper proposed a theoretical framework of precise services based on current situation,and then put forward targeted solutions,so as to improve graduates’abilities of employment and entrepreneurship and their success rates.
