摘　　要：随着数字经济飞速发展,金融业也面临前所未有的变革。传统企业财务管理方式正逐渐向信息、智能方向发展,对会计人员素质提出了更高要求。从职业培养、技术创新、团队协作层面,对财务人才素质进行分析,建立多维度能力模型,探讨提高财务人才整体素质的方法。The rapid development of the digital economy has brought unprecedented changes for the financial sector.Traditional financial management modes of enterprises are gradually developing towards informatization and intelligence,which putshigher demands on the quality of accounting personnel.The article firstly analyzed the quality of financial talents,and then constructed a multi-dimensional capability model,so as to improve the overall quality of financial talents.
