摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的进一步推行,农村经济水平得到了显著提升。就业创业条件出现了变动,新农村建设需要更多专业人才作为支持。当前广西籍大学生返乡创就业热情较低,如何改善乡村振兴人才不足现状成为目前亟待解决的重要课题。本文简要介绍了大学生返乡创就业在乡村振兴中的作用,分析了乡村振兴背景下广西籍大学生返乡创就业过程中存在的问题,最后指出大学生返乡创就业和乡村振兴耦合之路径。The advancement of the rural revitalization strategy has significantly raised the level of the rural economy.The conditions for employment and entrepreneurship have changed,and new rural construction requires more professional talents for support.However,there is low enthusiasm among college students from Guangxi for returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment.Addressing the shortage of talents for rural revitalization has become an urgent and important issue that needs to be resolved.This paper briefly introduced the role of college students returning home for entrepreneurship and employment in rural revitalization,and explored existing problems in the view of rural revitalization.Finally,the paper figured out a new pathway for the convergence of college students returning home for entrepreneurship and employment with rural revitalization.
