摘　　要：本文对人工智能社会治理的伦理风险进行了新的定位,将存在于风险应对中的人工智能社会治理的伦理风险进行较为理性的梳理。提出人工智能社会治理的伦理风险存在于风险社会及其应急管理的价值失序中,存在于人工智能本身的技术缺陷中,存在于人工智能社会治理的技术至上偏好中。There are many explanations for the ethical risks of artificial intelligence social governance.This paper provides a new orientation to the ethical risks of AI social governance,and a more rational sorting out of the ethical risks of AI social governance that exist in risk response.It is proposed that the ethical risk of AI social governance exists in the value disorder of the risk society and its emergency management,in the technological defects of AI itself,and in the technological supremacy preference of AI social governance.
