摘　　要：价值和价值论,是鲁迅与尼采思想的重心。他们围绕传统价值所坚持的原则与立场,选择的行动与方法,有着惊人的相似之处。在此基础上,他们对中西历史文化、传统道德、社会人性所进行的拷问与对话,深刻揭示了人类文明大变局来临之际新旧历史转折、现代价值重构、审美方向转轨的内在根源,从而为人们准确把握中西现代变革的深层脉动、迎接新时代曙光、翻开人类文明新篇章、踏上现代征程奠定了坚实的基础。The value and the theory of value,are Lu Xun and the Nietzsche thought center of gravity.They revolve the principle and the standpoint which the traditional value persisted,the choice motion and the method,has the astonishing similarity.In this foundation,they interrogating and torturing which to China and the West history culture,the traditional morals,the social human nature carries on with the dialogue time,promulgated the human culture big change in situation to approach profoundly the new old historical transition,the modern value reconstruction intrinsic root,thus in-depth pulsation which transformed for the people accurate assurance China and the West modern age,welcome new times dawn,opened the human culture new chapter,stepped the modern journey to lay the solid foundation.
