摘  要:京津冀地区是中国重要的产业发展高地,产业协同发展是加快落实京津冀协同发展战略的关键突破点之一。专精特新企业作为“隐形冠军”企业储备军,将以科技创新赋能经济高质量发展。本文在分析京津冀地区专精特新企业发展背景和政策演变脉络的基础上,总结出京津冀地区专精特新企业具有一核向外辐射、科技制造领先、创新资源聚集、多方政策支持等发展特征,并结合京津冀发展现状提出促进京津冀中小企业向专精特新发展的建议。The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important industrial development highland in China,and industrial coordinated development is one of the key breakthrough points to accelerate the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy.Specialized and special new enterprises,as the“hidden champion”enterprise reserve army,will enable high-quality economic development with scientific and technological innovation.Based on the analysis of the development background and policy evolution of specialized and special new enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper summarizes the development characteristics of specialized and special new enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,such as one core radiating outward,leading technology manufacturing,innovation resources gathering,and multi-party policy support.Based on the development status of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to specialized and special new enterprise.
