摘　　要：基于动态资源基础观,本文构建了数智化导向、潜在性吸收能力、实现性吸收能力、组织敏捷性、企业产业类型与企业可持续商业模式创新间关系的理论模型。基于324份有效样本进行实证分析,结果表明:数智化导向对企业可持续商业模式创新具有显著影响;吸收能力的两个维度(潜在性吸收能力和实现性吸收能力)和组织敏捷性在数智化导向与企业可持续商业模式创新关系间发挥中介作用和链式中介作用;企业产业类型调节潜在性吸收能力和组织敏捷性在数智化导向与企业可持续商业模式创新关系间的链式中介作用。Based on the dynamic resource-based view,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between digital intelligence orientation,potential absorptive capacity,realizable absorptive capacity,organizational agility,enterprise’s industry type and enterprise’s sustainable business model innovation.Through the empirical analysis of 324 valid samples,the results show as follows:digital intelligence orientation has a significant impact on sustainable business model innovation of enterprise;the two dimensions of absorptive capacity(potential absorptive capacity and realizable absorptive capacity)and organizational agility play intermediary roles and chain intermediary roles in the relationship between digital intelligence orientation and enterprise’s sustainable business model innovation;enterprise’s industry type regulates the chain intermediary roles of potential absorptive capacity and organizational agility between digital intelligence orientation and enterprise’s sustainable business model innovation.
