摘　　要：在企业数字化转型与可持续发展相平衡的需求背景下,利用450家中国制造业企业的数据,采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型方法进行实证分析,探讨企业数字化转型在绿色人力资源管理和绿色供应链管理的作用下对企业可持续发展绩效的影响,以及绿色人力资源管理和绿色供应链管理的协同作用。结果表明:数字化转型促进了绿色管理实践与跨职能协作,对企业经济、环境和社会绩效有积极影响;绿色人力资源管理和绿色供应链管理在其中发挥了重要的双中介作用和协同效应,二者的协同合作对可持续发展绩效的影响明显优于它们的单独作用,强调数字化转型有助于推动两者的协同合作,从而提升企业的可持续发展绩效。Against the backdrop of the demand for balancing digital transformation and sustainable development in enterprises,this study utilizes data from 450 manufacturing enterprises in China and employs the partial least squares structural equation modeling method to empirically analyze the impact of digital transformation on the sustainable development performance of enterprises under the influence of green human resource management and green supply chain management,as well as the synergistic effects of green human resource management and green supply chain management.The results indicate that digital transformation promotes green management practices and cross-functional collaboration,leading to positive impacts on the economic,environmental,and social performance of enterprises.Green human resource management and green supply chain management play important dual mediation roles and synergistic effects,with their synergistic cooperation significantly outweighing their individual effects on sustainable development performance.This underscores the role of digital transformation in facilitating the synergistic cooperation between the two,thereby enhancing the sustainable development performance of enterprises.
