摘　　要：从中小制造企业数字化转型的困境出发,提出中小制造企业数字化转型准备度的概念。研究发现:数字化成熟度模型对中小制造企业数字化转型的指导性不足,需正确区分准备度与成熟度;中小制造企业数字化转型与准备度具有适配性,需用准备度破解中小制造企业数字化转型的难题。提出从准备度出发构建新的数字化转型评估体系,有利于中小制造企业提前做好数字化转型准备。Starting from the dilemma of digital transformation of manufacturing SMEs,this paper proposes the concept of readiness for the digital transformation of manufacturing SMEs.The findings suggest that the guidance of digital maturity models for the digital transformation of manufacturing SMEs needs to be revised,and it is necessary to distinguish readiness and maturity correctly.The digital transformation and readiness of manufacturing SMEs are adaptable,and readiness is needed to solve the challenges of digital transformation for manufacturing SMEs.It proposes to construct a new digital transformation evaluation system from the readiness perspective,which is beneficial for manufacturing SMEs to prepare for digital transformation in advance.
