摘　　要：联盟组合管理能力作为一种高阶动态能力对企业有效管理联盟有着重要作用。本文采用问卷调查法,探讨了联盟组合管理能力与企业突破式创新的关系,分析了联盟组合重构的中介作用以及环境动荡性的调节作用。研究发现:联盟组合管理能力正向促进企业突破式创新;“新伙伴-旧资源”与“新伙伴-新资源”的联盟组合重构方式起部分中介作用;环境动荡性正向调节联盟组合管理能力与联盟组合重构方式之间的关系。As a high-order dynamic capability,alliance portfolio management capability plays an important role in effectively managing alliances for enterprises.This paper uses a questionnaire survey method to explore the relationship between alliance portfolio management capability and breakthrough innovation in enterprises,and analyzes the mediating role of alliance portfolio restructuring and the moderating role of environmental turbulence.The research results show as follows:alliance portfolio management capability positively promotes breakthrough innovation in enterprises;the alliance portfolio restructuring methods of“new partners-old resources”and“new partners-new resources”play a partial mediating role;environmental turbulence positively regulates the relationship between alliance portfolio management capability and alliance portfolio restructuring methods.
