摘 要:随着科技的进步,越来越多的游客希望通过高科技手段获得更加贴心和独特的旅游体验,导游行业面临着服务个性化的转型与升级。因此,导游服务必须与时俱进,充分利用数字化工具和平台,为游客提供量身定制的旅游方案。通过阐释导游服务个性化与定制化的概念,分析其在数字化技术应用方面的现状,探讨其数字技术应用的局限、数据安全与隐私保护、法律法规与标准滞后等问题,提出了数字化时代导游服务个性化与定制化的技术创新、政策与标准制定、服务模式创新等应对策略,以期为旅游行业的发展提供参考。With technological advancement,an increasing number of tourists seek personalized and unique travel experiences through high-tech means,leading the tour guide industry to face transformation and upgrading toward service personalization.Therefore,tour guide services must keep pace with the times by fully utilizing digital tools and platforms to provide tailored travel solutions for tourists.This paper explains the concepts of personalization and customization in tour guide services,analyzes the current status of digital technology applications,and explores challenges such as limitations in digital technology application,data security and privacy protection,and lagging legal regulations and standards.The study proposes strategies including technological innovation,policy and standard development,and service model innovation for personalizing and customizing tour guide services in the digital era,aiming to provide references for tourism industry development.
