摘 要:目的:探讨结直肠腺瘤和结直肠癌患者肠道菌群差异。方法:分别随机选取2023年3月至2024年3月于我院接受结肠镜检查且肠镜检查结果未见异常(简称健康组)、接受结肠镜检查且术后病理证实为结直肠癌(简称结直肠癌组)、接受结肠镜检查且术后病理证实为结直肠腺瘤(简称结直肠腺瘤组)的就诊者各20人纳入研究。受试者结肠镜检查前均采集粪便进行菌群定量检测,比较3组受试者双歧杆菌属(Bb)、乳酸杆菌属(Lb)、产肠毒素脆弱拟杆菌(ETBF)、具核梭杆菌(Fn)、厌氧消化链球菌(P anaerobius,Pa)相对定量的差异。结果:3组患者肠道ETBF相对定量无明显差异(P>0.05),而Bb、Lb、Fn、Pa相对定量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Bb、Fn、Pa相对定量,结直肠癌组最高,结直肠腺瘤组次之,健康组最低;Lb水平,结直肠腺瘤组最高,结直肠癌组次之,健康组最低。结论:结直肠腺瘤和结直肠癌患者肠道菌群含量存在明显差异。Objective To explore the differences of intestinal flora in patients with colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer.Methods From March 2023 to March 2024,20 patients with normal colonoscopy results(referred to as the healthy group),20 patients whose postoperative pathology-confirmed colorectal cancer after colonoscopy(referred to as the colorectal cancer group),and 20 patients whose postoperative pathology confirmed colorectal adenoma after colonoscopy(referred to as the colorectal adenoma group)were randomly selected for the study.Stool samples were collected from all participants before colonoscopy for quantitative detection of flora.The differences in the relative quantification of bifidobacterium(Bb),lactobacillus(Lb),enterotoxigenic bacteroides fragilis(ETBF),fusobacterium nucleatum(Fn),and peptostreptococcus anaerobius(Pa)among the three groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the relative quantification of intestinal ETBF among the three groups(P>0.O5),while the differences in the relative quantification of Bb,Lb,Fn,and Pa were statistically significant(P<O.05).The relative quantification of Bb,Fn and Pa was the highest in the colorectal cancer group,followed by the colorectal adenoma group and the lowest in the healthy group.The level of Lb was the highest in the colorectal adenoma group,followed by the colorectal cancer group and the lowest in the healthy group.Conclusion There were significant differences in the intestinal flora content between patients with colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer.
