摘  要:目的:探讨肠易激综合征(IBS)患者血清炎症因子表达与肠道菌群变化的相关性。方法:以2021年3月至2024年3月我院收治的60例IBS患者为观察组,同期60名健康体检者为对照组,比较2组血清白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、IL-13、IL-18水平和肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠杆菌及肠球菌含量,并分析IBS患者血清炎性因子与肠道菌群的相关性。结果:与对照组相比,观察组血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-18水平显著升高,IL-13水平显著降低,P<0.05。与对照组相比,观察组粪便双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌含量显著减少,肠杆菌、肠球菌含量明显升高,P<0.05。IBS患者IL-6、IL-8、IL-18水平与双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌含量均呈负相关,与肠杆菌和肠球菌含量呈正相关,P<0.05;IBS患者IL-13水平与双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌含量呈正相关,与肠杆菌和肠球菌呈负相关,P<0.05。结论:IBS患者肠道菌群明显改变,益生菌明显减少,致病菌明显增高,其肠道菌群变化与血清炎症因子水平具有明显相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between expression of serum inflammatory factors and changes of intestinal flora in patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods Total 60 patients with IBS admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-13,IL-18 and the contents of intestinal Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterobacter and Enterococcus were compared between the two groups.The correlation between serum inflammatory factors and intestinal flora in IBS patients was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,and IL-18 in the observation group were significantly increased,while the IL-13 level was significantly decreased(P<o.05).Compared with the control group,the fecal contents of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were significantly reduced,while the contents of Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococcus were significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8,and IL-18 in IBS patients were negatively correlated with the contents of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus but positively correlated with the contents of Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococcus(P<o.O5).The IL-13 level in IBS patients was positively correlated with the contents of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus but negatively correlated with the contents of Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococcus(P<0.05).Conclusion The intestinal flora of IBS patients is significantly changed,with a significant decrease in probiotics and a significant increase in pathogenic microbes.The changes of intestinal flora are significantly correlated with the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
