摘　　要：目的分析血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角质蛋白19片段抗原21-1(CYFRA21-1)水平与早期肺腺癌手术患者预后的关系。方法选取50例早期肺腺癌患者和48例良性肺疾病患者,分别作为肺腺癌组和良性肺疾病组。比较两组患者血清SCCA、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平,对观察组进行5个月随访,分析其预后情况,比较预后良好患者和预后不良患者血清SCCA、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平,采用Spearman法分析血清SCCA、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平与早期肺腺癌手术患者预后不良的关系。结果肺腺癌组患者血清SCCA、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平均高于肺良性疾病组,预后不良患者血清SCCA、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平均高于预后良好患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);血清SCCA、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平与早期肺腺癌手术患者预后不良呈正相关(P﹤0.05)。结论肺腺癌患者血清SCCA、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平高于良性肺疾病,血清SCCA、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平与早期肺腺癌手术患者预后不良呈正相关。Objective To analyze the relationship between serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and cyto-keratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1)levels and prognosis in patients with early lung adenocarcinoma undergoing surgery.Method A total of 50 patients with early lung adenocarcinoma and 48 patients with benign lung disease were selected,divided into lung adenocarcinoma group and benign lung disease group,respectively.The serum levels of SCCA,CEA and CYFRA21-1 were compared between groups.The patients in the observation group were followed up for 5 months,and the prognosis status was analyzed,and serum SCCA,CEA and CYFRA21-1 were compared between the good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group.Spearman method was applied to analyze the relationship between serum SCCA,CEA and CYFRA21-1 levels and poor prognosis.Result The levels of serum SCCA,CEA and CYFRA21-1 in the lung adenocarcinoma group were higher than those in the benign lung disease group(P<0.05),and the above levels in the poor prognosis patients were higher than those in the good prognosis patients(P<0.05).Serum SCCA,CEA and CYFRA21-1 were positively correlated with poor prognosis in patients with early lung adenocarcinoma undergoing surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of SCCA,CEA and CYFRA21-1 in patients with lung adenocarcinoma are higher than those in benign lung diseases patients,and the above levels are positively correlated with poor prognosis in patients with early lung adenocarcinoma undergoing surgery.
