摘　　要：目的 探讨CT引导下3D打印个体化非共面导航模板(简称3D打印模板)组织间插植放疗治疗颈部复发鼻咽癌患者的疗效及安全性。方法 选取20例颈部复发鼻咽癌患者,均行CT引导下3D打印模板组织间插植放疗,分析放疗后1、3、6个月的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 20例颈部复发鼻咽癌患者均完成近距离插植治疗,1例患者未按时复查,19例按时进行复查。放疗后1、3、6个月,10例患者疗效评价为完全缓解,8例患者疗效评价为部分缓解,1例患者放疗后6个月复查发现残留病灶边缘出现新发病灶,疗效评价为疾病进展。19例颈部复发鼻咽癌患者均未出现明显的放射性损伤,发生率为0%。结论 CT引导下3D打印模板组织间插植治疗颈部复发鼻咽癌患者安全有效,可使患者临床获益。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of CT-guided 3D-printed individualized non-coplanar navigation template(referred to as 3D-printed template)interstitial brachytherapy in the treatment of patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the neck.Method Twenty patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the neck were selected and underwent CT-guided 3D-printed template interstitial brachytherapy.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions at 1,3,and 6 months after radiotherapy were analyzed.Result All 20 patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the neck completed the brachytherapy.One patient did not follow-up on time,and 19 patients had followups on time.At 1,3,and 6 months after radiotherapy,10 patients were evaluated as complete response and 8 patients were evaluated as partial response,one patient was found to have new lesions at the edge of the residual lesion at 6 months after radiotherapy,and was evaluated as disease progression.None of the 19 patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the neck had obvious radiation injury,with an incidence rate of 0%.Conclusion CT-guided 3D-printed template interstitial brachytherapy for patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the neck is safe and effective,and can benefit patients clinically.
