摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期思维导图无缝隙干预在腹腔镜宫颈癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法根据干预方式的不同将60例腹腔镜宫颈癌手术患者分为对照组(n=29,常规干预)和观察组(n=31,常规干预联合围手术期思维导图无缝隙干预)。比较两组患者的术后恢复指标、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果观察组患者首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间、引流管拔除时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,术后24 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率为6.45%,低于对照组患者的31.03%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度为100%,高于对照组患者的75.86%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论围手术期思维导图无缝隙干预应用于腹腔镜宫颈癌手术患者,可减少术后并发症,减轻疼痛程度,促进患者术后恢复,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative mind mapping seamless intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer.Method According to the different intervention methods,60 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer were divided into control group(n=29,conventional intervention)and observation group(n=31,conventional intervention combined with perioperative mind mapping seamless intervention).The postoperative recovery indicators,complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result The first anal exhaust time,first getting out of bed time,drainage tube removal time and hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 24 h after surgery was significantly lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications in observation group was 6.45%,lower than 31.03%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%,higher than 75.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative mind mapping seamless intervention can reduce postoperative complications of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer,relieve pain,promote postoperative recovery and improve patients’satisfaction.
