基于THRIVE模型的动机性访谈联合移动健康干预在卵巢癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于THRIVE模型的动机性访谈(MI)联合移动健康干预在卵巢癌(OC)患者中的应用效果。方法将110例OC患者根据干预方法的不同分为对照组(54例,常规干预)和观察组(56例,基于THRIVE模型的MI联合移动健康干预)。比较两组患者创伤后成长[创伤后成长量表(PTGI)]、自护能力[自护能力测定量表(ESCA)]、并发症发生情况及干预满意度。结果干预后,两组患者PTGI、ESCA评分均较干预前升高,且观察组患者PTGI、ESCA评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,干预满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论基于THRIVE模型的MI联合移动健康干预可促进OC患者创伤后成长,提高自护能力和满意度,降低并发症发生风险,提高满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of THRIVE model-based motivational interviewing(MI)combined with mobile health intervention in patients with ovarian cancer(OC).Method A total of 110 OC patients were divided into control group(54 cases,routine intervention)and observation group(56 cases,THRIVE model-based MI combined with mobile health intervention)according to different intervention methods.The post-traumatic growth[posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI)],self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)],complications and intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the PTGI and ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the PTGI and ESCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the intervention satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion THRIVE model-based MI combined with mobile health intervention can promote OC patients’post-traumatic growth,enhance the self-care ability and satisfaction,reduce the complications and promote the satisfaction.
