摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查对节细胞神经母细胞瘤(GNB)患儿疾病类型的鉴别诊断价值。方法依据病理诊断结果的不同将116例GNB患儿分为GNBi组(n=67,混杂型)和GNBn组(n=49,结节型)。比较两组患儿的超声表现,分析超声检查对GNB患儿疾病类型的鉴别诊断价值。结果GNBi组患儿点状或条状钙化、Alder血流分级为1级的比例均高于GNBn组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。超声检查诊断GNBi的灵敏度为71.64%,特异度为83.67%,准确度为76.72%。超声检查鉴别诊断GNBi和GNBn的结果与病理结果的一致性较好(Kappa=0.761)。结论超声检查鉴别诊断GNBi和GNBn的结果与病理结果的一致性较好,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the differential diagnostic value of ultrasonography for disease types in children with ganglioneuroblastoma(GNB).Method According to different pathological diagnosis results,116 children with GNB were divided into GNBi group(n=67,mixed type)and GNBn group(n=49,nodular type).The ultrasonographic findings of the two groups were compared,and the differential diagnostic value of ultrasonography for disease types in GNB children was analyzed.Result The proportions of punctate or strip calcification and Alder grade 1 in GNBi group were higher than those in GNBn group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of GNBi were 71.64%,83.67%and 76.72%.The results of ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of GNBi and GNBn were in good agreement with the pathological results(Kappa=0.761).Conclusion The results of ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of GNBi and GNBn are in good agreement with the pathological results,which has certain clinical application value.
