摘 要:目的探讨基于现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)的心理干预联合健康教育对中晚期肺癌化疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法根据干预方式的不同将80例中晚期化疗患者分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=39),对照组患者接受常规干预,观察组接受基于SBAR的心理干预联合健康教育。比较两组患者的负性情绪[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、生活质量[癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)]及满意度。结果干预后,两组患者HAMD、HAMA、FACT-G评分均降低,观察组HAMD、HAMA、FACT-G评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度为100%,高于对照组患者的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论基于SBAR的心理干预联合健康教育能减轻中晚期肺癌化疗患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量及满意度。Objective To explore the effects of situation-background-assessment-recommendation(SBAR)psychological intervention combined with health education on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method According to different intervention methods,80 patients with advanced chemotherapy were divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=39).The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received SBAR psychological intervention combined with health education.The negative emotions[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],quality of life[functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G)]and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention,HAMD,HAMA and FACT-G scores were decreased in both groups,and HAMD,HAMA and FACT-G scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 79.49% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SBAR psychological intervention combined with health education can alleviate negative emotions of patients with advanced lung cancer,improve quality of life and satisfaction.
