黄芪桂枝五物汤加减用于脑卒中患者治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤加减在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月就诊于甘肃省中医院的90例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,利用随机数表法将患者分为常规组与研究组,各45例。常规组予以常规基础性治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗。比较两组中医症候积分、血液流变学指标、神经功能缺损、生活质量与不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗后各项中医症候积分较治疗前降低,且研究组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血浆黏度、全血高切黏度值及全血低切黏度低于治疗前,且研究组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分较治疗前降低,且研究组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者采用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,有助于改善中医症候积分与血液流变学水平,缓解神经功能缺损,对提升生活质量有积极作用,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the application effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in patients with stroke.Method:A total of 90 patients with stroke who treated in Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the conventional group and the study group by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine basic treatment,the study group was given modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of the conventional group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,hemodynamic indexes,neurological function defect,quality of life and adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores and stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with stroke is helpful to improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and hemorheology level,alleviate the neurological function defect,and has a positive effect on improving the quality of life,with high safety.
