摘　　要：目的:探讨替戈拉生四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月莆田九十五医院收治的112例HP感染性胃炎患者,按随机数表法分为两组,各56例。对照组行雷贝拉唑四联疗法,观察组行替戈拉生四联疗法,持续治疗2周。比较两组临床疗效、胃黏膜病理变化、临床症状评分、胃蛋白酶原水平、舒适度、胃黏膜炎症状态、Hp根除率及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后肠上皮化生、胃黏膜萎缩、临床症状评分、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)低于对照组,治疗后胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)水平、舒适状况量表(GCQ)各维度评分及总分、胃黏膜炎症消失率、Hp根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:替戈拉生四联疗法可提高Hp感染性胃炎患者临床效果,更好地清除Hp,阻止胃黏膜损伤,以纠正胃蛋白酶原紊乱,促进疾病症状消失,改善患者舒适度,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Tegoprazan quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infected gastritis.Method:From January to December 2023,112 patients with Hp infected gastritis who treated in Putian No.95 Hospital were taken as the subjects and separated into two groups with 56 patients in each,using a random number table.The control group took quadruple therapy with Rabeprazole,and the observation group received quadruple therapy with Tegoprazan,both group were treated for 2 weeks.The comparisons were performed on the clinical efficacy,pathological changes of gastric mucosa,clinical symptom score,pepsinogen level,comfort level,gastric mucosal inflammation status,Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions in both groups.Result:The observation group achieved higher total effective rate than the control group;compared with the control group,the scores of intestinal metaplasia,gastric mucosa atrophy,clinical symptoms scores and pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)level after treatment in the observation group were lower,and the pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ)level,each dimension of general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)and total scores,disappearance rate of gastric mucosal inflammation and Hp eradication rate after treatment in the observation group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tegoprazan quadruple therapy can improve the efficacy of Hp infected gastritis patients,better clear Hp,prevent gastric mucosal damage,correct the pepsinogen disorder,promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,and improve patients'comfort,which is safe and reliable.
