甲胎蛋白、血清程序性细胞死亡因子4、间皮素 联合诊断乳腺癌的价值

摘　　要：目的:探究甲胎蛋白(AFP)、血清程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)、间皮素(MLSN)联合诊断乳腺癌的价值。方法:选择2023年1—12月在北京怀柔医院诊治的82例乳腺癌患者作为观察组,选择同期在本院诊治的80例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为对照组,另选择同期80例体检健康人员作为健康组,检测三组AFP、PDCD4、MLSN水平,以病理诊断为金标准,分析三项单独及联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果:观察组AFP、MLSN水平高于对照组及健康组,PDCD4低于对照组及健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AFP、PDCD4、MLSN三项联合检测敏感度、特异度、准确度高于三项单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者AFP、MLSN水平高于乳腺良性肿瘤患者及健康者,PDCD4水平低于乳腺良性肿瘤患者及健康者,三项指标联合检查可提高乳腺癌的诊断效能。Objective:To explore the value of combined diagnosis of alpha fetoprotein(AFP),serum programmed cell death factor 4(PDCD4)and mesothelin(MLSN)in breast cancer.Method:A total of 82 patients with breast cancer who diagnosed and treated in Beijing Huairou Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,80 patients with benign breast tumors who diagnosed and treated in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group,and 80 healthy people who examined at the same time were selected as the health group.AFP,PDCD4 and MLSN levels among three groups were tested,with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of three separate and combined tests for breast cancer was analyzed.Result:The levels of AFP and MLSN in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the healthy group,and PDCD4 was lower than those in the control group and the healthy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection of AFP,PDCD4 and MLSN were higher than those of single detection,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of AFP and MLSN in breast cancer patients are higher than those in benign breast tumor patients and healthy people,and the level of PDCD4 was lower than those in benign breast tumor patients and healthy people,the combined examination of three indicators can improve the diagnostic efficacy of breast cancer.
