摘　　要：目的:探讨ADDIE管理模型在口腔门诊中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年6月苏州口腔医院的21名护理人员,2021年6月—2023年6月(实施前)接受常规护理管理模式,2023年7月—2024年6月(实施后)接受ADDIE管理模型。同时选取在苏州口腔医进行口腔疾病治疗的121例患者为研究对象,将2021年6月—2023年6月的60例患者作为对照组,接受常规护理管理模式,将2023年7月—2024年6月的61例患者作为观察组,接受ADDIE管理模型。统计并比较ADDIE管理模型实施前后护理质量、护士综合能力,统计口腔门诊护理不良事件发生情况。结果:ADDIE管理模型实施后护理质量评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ADDIE管理模型实施后护士综合能力评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ADDIE管理模型实施后护理不良事件发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ADDIE管理模型显著提升了口腔门诊护理质量和护士的综合能力,同时有效降低了护理不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of ADDIE management model in oral clinic.Method:From June 2022 to June 2024,21 nursing staff members at Suzhou Stomatological Hospital were selected for this study,they received routine nursing management from June 2021 to June 2023(before the implementation),and they received ADDIE management model from July 2023 to June 2024(after the implementation).Additionally,121 patients undergoing dental treatment at Suzhou Stomatological Hospital were enrolled,the 60 patients treated from June 2021 to June 2023 were assigned to the control group and received routine nursing management,while 61 patients treated from July 2023 to June 2024 were assigned to the observation group and received the ADDIE management model.The nursing quality and comprehensive ability before and after the implementation of ADDIE management model were counted and compared,and the occurrence of adverse events in dental outpatient nursing was counted.Result:The scores of nursing quality after the implementation of ADDIE management model was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive ability scores of nursing staff after the implementation of ADDIE management model was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing adverse events after the implementation of ADDIE management model was lower than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ADDIE management model significantly improve the nursing quality of oral clinic and nurses'comprehensive ability,and effectively reduced the incidence of nursing adverse events.
