“医-护-技”一体化管理模式对偏瘫肩痛脑卒中患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨“医-护-技”一体化管理模式对偏瘫肩痛脑卒中患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年3月广东省第二中医院收治的62例偏瘫肩痛脑卒中患者作为研究对象,利用随机数表法将其分为干预组(n=31)和对照组(n=31)。对照组施以常规治疗与管理,干预组在对照组基础上施以“医-护-技”一体化模式管理,两组均持续治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后肩痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、血清丙二醛(MDA)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果:两组治疗后肩痛VAS评分、PSQI评分以及血清MDA水平相比治疗前下降,GSH-Px水平相比治疗前升高,且干预组改善幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“医-护-技”一体化管理模式可改善脑卒中患者的偏瘫肩痛程度及因偏瘫肩痛而导致的睡眠不佳问题。Objective:To explore the effect of integrated management mode of"medical nursing technology"on sleep quality of stroke patients with hemiplegia and shoulder pain.Method:A total of 62 stroke patients with hemiplegia and shoulder pain who admitted to the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Province from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=31)and the control group(n=31)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment and management,and the intervention group was treated with integrated management mode of"medical nursing technology",both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The degree of shoulder pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],serum malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the VAS scores,PSQI scores,and serum MDA levels in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,while the GSH-Px levels were increased compared with those before treatment,the intervention group showed better improvement than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated management model of"medical nursing technology"can improve the degree of hemiplegic shoulder pain and the problem of poor sleep caused by hemiplegic shoulder pain in stroke patients.
