摘　　要：非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是肺癌的主要类型,其中约30%的NSCLC患者确诊时属可切除范围,但单一行根治性切除后患者的远期预后并不理想,而导致患者远期预后不良的主要原因是肿瘤的复发和转移。为了改善可切除NSCLC患者的远期预后,临床多采用根治性手术结合围术期放化疗的综合治疗策略,但疗效有限,因此可切除NSCLC的治疗一直是临床研究的重点和热点。近年来,免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)应用于多种晚期恶性肿瘤的治疗中,取得了较好的效果。但目前关于可切除NSCLC综合治疗背景下联合免疫治疗策略的探索、毒副反应等问题仍存在争议。为此,文章对可切除非小细胞肺癌患者围手术期免疫治疗研究进行综述,旨在为可切除NSCLC患者的综合治疗提供参考依据。Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is the main type of lung cancer,and about 30%of NSCLC patients are in the resectable range when diagnosed.However,the long-term prognosis of patients after radical resection is not ideal,and the main reason for the poor long-term prognosis of patients is tumor recurrence and metastasis.In order to improve the long-term prognosis of patients with resectable NSCLC,the comprehensive treatment strategy of radical surgery combined with perioperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy is often used in clinic,but the curative effect is limited.Therefore,the treatment of resectable NSCLC has always been the focus and hotspot of clinical research.In recent years,immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have been used in the treatment of various advanced malignant tumors and achieved good results.However,the exploration of combined immunotherapy strategies in the context of comprehensive treatment of resectable NSCLC and the toxicity and side effects are still controversial.To this end,this article reviews the studies on perioperative immunotherapy in patients with resectable NSCLC,aiming to provide reference for comprehensive treatment in patients with resectable NSCLC.
