固定矫治器联合肌功能锻炼对改善安氏Ⅱ类畸形患者咬合功能及口腔健康的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨固定矫治器联合肌功能锻炼对改善安氏Ⅱ类畸形患者咬合功能及口腔健康的临床效果。方法随机选取2020年1月-2021年12月在泰州市第三人民医院收治的60例安氏Ⅱ类畸形患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为常规组、探究组,每组30例。常规组采用固定矫治器治疗,探究组联合肌功能锻炼治疗。对比两组咬合功能、软组织头影测量结果、咀嚼功能及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组咬合功能优于治疗前,探究组优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组软组织头影测量结果优于治疗前,探究组优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组咀嚼功能优于治疗前,探究组咬合情况(18.29±2.11)分、咀嚼效率(18.36±2.09)分、咀嚼舒适度(18.27±2.15)分、咀嚼满意度(18.35±2.18)分均优于常规组的(14.36±2.17)分、(14.41±2.22)分、(14.34±2.28)分、(14.14±2.14)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.112,7.096,6.869,7.548;P均<0.05)。结论固定矫治器联合肌功能锻炼治疗安氏Ⅱ类畸形患者,相较于单独使用固定矫治器,能更有效地改善患者的咬合功能和口腔健康。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fixed appliance combined with muscle function exercise on improving occlusal function and oral health in patients with Angle ClassⅡmalocclusion.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,60 patients with Angle ClassⅡmalocclusion admitted to Taizhou Third People's Hospital were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into con-ventional group and exploration group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with fixed ap-pliance,while the exploration group was treated with fixed appliance and muscle function exercise.The occlusal func-tion,soft tissue cephalometric results,masticatory function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the occlusal function of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the explora-tion group was better than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treat-ment,the results of soft tissue cephalometric measurement in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the results in the exploration group were better than those in the conventional group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the chewing function of the two groups was better than that before treat-ment,the occlusal condition(18.29±2.11)points,chewing efficiency(18.36±2.09)points,chewing comfort(18.27±2.15)points and chewing satisfaction(18.35±2.18)points of the exploration group were better than those of the conven-tional group(14.36±2.17)points,(14.41±2.22)points,(14.34±2.28)points,(14.14±2.14)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.112,7.096,6.869,7.548;all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with fixed appliance alone,fixed appliance combined with muscle function exercise can more effectively improve the occlusal function and oral health of patients with Angle ClassⅡmalocclusion.
