丙戊酸镁缓释片+二甲双胍对双相情感障碍患者代谢功能及认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丙戊酸镁缓释片与二甲双胍联用对双向情感障碍患者代谢和认知能力的影响。方法方便选取2021年1月-2023年9月福建省厦门市仙岳医院收治的97例双相情感障碍患者为研究对象,按照不同用药方法分组,观察组(49例)接受丙戊酸镁缓释片联合二甲双胍用药疗法,对照组(48例)仅使用丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗。对比两组患者的代谢功能指标、情绪与认知功能评分、治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组总胆固醇(4.62±0.54)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.81±0.45)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.21±0.31)mmol/L均低于对照组的(5.08±0.49)mmol/L、(2.08±0.42)mmol/L、(3.21±0.41)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.12±0.12)mmol/L高于对照组的(1.03±0.13)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.391,3.008,13.568,3.544;P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组焦虑抑郁量表中焦虑亚项和抑郁亚项评分均低于对照组,蒙特利尔认知评估表评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用丙戊酸镁缓释片与二甲双胍联合疗法能有效改善双相情感障碍患者的新陈代谢水平及情绪调节和认知功能,进而提升治疗效果。Objective To study the effects of magnesium valproate sustained release tablet metformin on metabolic function and cognitive function in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 97 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to Xianyue Hospital of Xiamen City in Fujian Province from January 2021 to September 2023 were conve-niently selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to different medication methods.The observation group(49 cases)received magnesium valproate sustained release tablets combined with metformin medica-tion therapy,and the control group(48 cases)was treated with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets only.The metabolic function indexes,emotional and cognitive function scores and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total cholesterol(4.62±0.54)mmol/L,triglycerides(1.81±0.45)mmol/L,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(2.21±0.31)mmol/L in the observation group were all lower than those in the con-trol group(5.08±0.49)mmol/L,(2.08±0.42)mmol/L,and(3.21±0.41)mmol/L,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.12±0.12)mmol/L was higher than that in the control group(1.03±0.13)mmol/L,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=4.391,3.008,13.568,3.544;all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression sub-items in the anxiety and depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of magnesium val-proate sustained release tablets and metformin can effectively improve the metabolic level,emotional regulation and cognitive function of patients with bipolar disorder,thereby improving the therapeutic effect.
