摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体切割术(pars plana vitrectomy,PPV)联合全视网膜光凝术(panretinal photocoagulation,PRP)对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视觉功能的影响。方法本研究回顾性选取2022年10月—2024年3月新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院收治的120例糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床资料,以不同治疗方法分为常规组、探究组,各60例。常规组采用PRP联合雷珠单抗治疗,探究组采用PRP联合PPV治疗。对比两组眼部功能状态、症状积分、并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组最佳矫正视力、屈光状态及眼轴长度均优于治疗前,且探究组优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状积分低于治疗前,且探究组低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组并发症总发生率为5.00%(3/60),低于常规组的18.33%(11/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05)。结论PPV联合PRP能改善患者的视觉功能,缓解不适症状,减少并发症发生情况。Objective To investigate the effect of pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)combined with panretinal photocoagulation(PRP)on visual function in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the Fourth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from October 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into routine group and study group according to different treatment methods,60 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with PRP combined with ranibizumab,and the study group was treated with PRP combined with PPV.The eye function status,symptom score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity,refractive status and axial length of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the study group was better than the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group 5.00%(3/60)was lower than that in the routine group 18.33%(11/60),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05).Conclusion PPV combined with PRP can improve visual function of patients,relieve discomfort symptoms and reduce complications.
