摘　　要：目的 探讨预劈核技术联合超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗核性白内障的疗效与安全性。方法 随机选取2023年3月—2024年3月贵州省印江县人民医院眼科收治的100例核性白内障患者为研究对象。根据不同治疗方法分为两组,观察组(50例)采用预劈核技术联合超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,对照组(50例)仅采用超声乳化白内障吸除术。比较两组患者的术后第1天视力、术中平均有效超声能量使用时间,术后角膜内皮细胞计数及并发症。结果 术后1 d,观察组视力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中平均有效超声能量使用时间较对照组更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组角膜内皮细胞计数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为4.00%(2/50),低于对照组的18.00%(9/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025)。结论 预劈核技术联合超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗核性白内障中表现出更好的疗效和安全性,患者术后角膜内皮细胞损伤更少、平均有效超声能量使用时间更少、视力恢复更快,并发症发生率较低。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of pre splitting technique combined with ultrasonic phaco-emulsification in the treatment of nuclear cataract.Methods A total of 100 patients with nuclear cataract admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology in Yinjiang County People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were ran-domly selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.The observation group(50 cases)was treated with pre splitting technique combined with ultrasonic phacoemulsification,and the control group(50 cases)was treated with ultrasonic phacoemulsification only.The visual acuity on the first day after operation,the average effective ultrasound energy use time during operation,postoperative corneal endothe-lial cell count and complications were compared between the two groups.Results One day after operation,the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average effective ultrasound energy use time in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the corneal endothelial cell count in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%(2/50),which was lower than 18.00%(9/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025).Conclusion Pre splitting technique combined with ultrasonic phacoemulsification shows better efficacy and safety in the treatment of nuclear cataract.Patients have less corneal endothelial cell damage,less average effective ultrasonic energy use time,faster vi-sual recovery,and lower incidence of complications.
