口腔种植与传统固定义齿修复牙列缺损的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 比较口腔种植与传统固定义齿修复牙列缺损的疗效。方法 方便选取2022年2月—2023年6月德江县人民医院口腔科收治的94例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,以不同治疗方法分为两组,各47例。对照组患者采取传统固定义齿修复,观察组患者采取口腔种植。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、牙列功能评分、牙龈情况及并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%(45/47),高于对照组的80.85%(38/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.045,P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组的牙列功能评分高于对照组,牙龈情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损治疗中,口腔种植与固定义齿修复均有效,但口腔种植在提高患者咀嚼、语言功能,舒适度,固位性以及美观度等方面具有显著优势,且并发症发生率较低,牙龈相对健康。Objective To compare the efficacy of oral implant and traditional fixed denture in repairing dentition de⁃fect.Methods A total of 94 patients with dentition defect admitted to the Department of Stomatology in Dejiang County People's Hospital from February 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were di⁃vided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 47 cases in each group.The patients in the con⁃trol group were treated with traditional fixed denture repair,and the patients in the observation group were treated with oral implant.The total effective rate,dentition function score,gingival condition and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),which was higher than 80.85%(38/47)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.045,P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the dentition function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the gingival condition was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(both P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of dentition defect,oral implant and fixed denture repair are effective,but oral implant has significant advantages in improving patients'chewing and language function,comfort,retention and aesthetics,and the incidence of complications is low,and the gums are rela⁃tively healthy.
