牙周病伴牙列缺损修复治疗中活动和固定义齿的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 采用对比设计,探究牙周病伴牙列缺损修复治疗中,活动和固定义齿的不同应用效果。方法 随机选取2020年1月—2023年1月扬州市口腔医院收治的80例牙周病伴牙列缺损修复患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为固定组(40例,给予固定义齿治疗)与活动组(40例,给予活动义齿治疗),比较两组疗效、牙周健康指标、牙齿松动情况、不良反应发生率。结果 活动组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于固定组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。修复后,在牙龈指数、探诊出血指数、探诊牙周袋深度3个方面,活动组均低于固定组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。修复后,相较于固定组,活动组的牙齿松动程度更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组不良反应总发生率,活动组低于固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经活动义齿修复治疗牙周病伴牙列缺损,能够改善牙龈出血及牙齿松动情况,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To analyze the application effect of removable and fixed dentures in the repair treatment of peri⁃odontal disease with dentition defects.Methods A total of 80 patients with periodontal disease with dentition defect re⁃pair admitted to Yangzhou Stomatological Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into fixed group(40 cases,given fixed den⁃ture treatment)and active group(40 cases,given removable denture treatment).The efficacy,periodontal health indica⁃tors,tooth loosening and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the active group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)of the fixed group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).After repair,the gingival index,bleeding index and periodontal pocket depth of the active group were lower than those of the fixed group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After repair,the degree of tooth loosening in the active group was lower than that in the fixed group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the active group was lower than the fixed group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion The treatment of periodontal disease with dentition defect by removable denture can improve gingival bleeding and tooth loosening,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
