奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗消化性溃疡的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨消化性溃疡患者采取奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗的临床疗效和应用安全性。方法随机选取2022年4月—2023年4月于沿河土家族自治县人民医院就诊的120名消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床症状缓解率、内镜愈合率、不良反应发生率。结果治疗4周后,观察组临床症状缓解率为96.67%(58/60),内镜愈合率为95.00%(57/60),均高于对照组的86.67%(52/60)和81.67%(49/60),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.927,5.175;P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消化性溃疡应用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗,能够提高临床症状缓解率和内镜愈合率,且不会增加不良反应的发生,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate chewable tablets in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with peptic ulcer disease treated in the Department of Emergency in Yanhe Tujia Autonomous County People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,and the observation group was treated with aluminum magnesium carbonate chewable tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical symptom remission rate,endoscopic healing rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom remission rate in the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),and the endoscopic healing rate was 95.00%(57/60),both of which were higher than 86.67%(52/60)and 81.67%(49/60)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.927,5.175;both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Con⁃clusion The treatment of peptic ulcer disease with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules combined with aluminum mag⁃nesium carbonate chewable tablets can improve the clinical symptom remission rate and endoscopic healing rate,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions,with high safety.
