消栓通络胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析急性脑梗死患者采用消栓通络胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗的临床疗效。方法按照治疗方法不同选取2022年1月—2023年10月临朐县人民医院神经内三科收治的70例急性脑梗死患者分为两组(35例)。对照组采用尤瑞克林治疗,观察组采用消栓通络胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血流动力学指标、血清学指标、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率更高[91.43%(32/35)vs 71.43%(25/35)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05)。观察组纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、白细胞介素-8、细胞间黏附分子-1、血管细胞黏附分子-1、血管内皮生长因子水平均更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率略高(5.71%vs 2.86%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消栓通络胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的血流动力学和血清学指标均显著改善,用药安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule combined with uri-nary kallidinogenase in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods According to different treatment meth-ods,70 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of NeurologyⅢof Linqu County People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were divided into two groups(35 cases).The control group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule combined with urinary kallidinogenase.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamic indexes,serological in-dexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher[91.43%(32/35)vs 71.43%(25/35)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05).The levels of fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,inter-leukin-8,intercellular adhesion molecule-1,vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor in the observation group were better,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly higher(5.71%vs 2.86%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule combined with urinary kal-lidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,the Hemodynamics and serological indexes are signifi-cantly improved,and the safety of medication is high.
