调神健脾法揿针联合匹维溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究调神健脾法揿针联合匹维溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法根据治疗方法的不同,回顾性选取2022年10月—2024年4月吉林省中医药科学院第一临床医院收治的100例肠易激综合征患者的临床资料并分组。对照组(50例)使用匹维溴铵片治疗,研究组(50例)在对照组的基础上使用调神健脾法揿针治疗。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血清5-羟色胺含量、生活质量。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),相较于对照组的86.00%(43/50)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05)。治疗后,相比于对照组,研究组中医证候积分、血清5-羟色胺含量均更低,生活质量评分均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论调神健脾法揿针联合匹维溴铵治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效显著,能调节肠动力,促进生活质量提升。Objective To explore the curative effect of Tiaoshen Jianpi acupuncture combined with pinave-rium bromide in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods According to different treatment methods,the clinical data of 100 patients with irritable bowel syndrome admitted to the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into groups.The control group(50 cases)was treated with pinaverium bromide,and the study group(50 cases)was treated with Tiaoshen Jianpi acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,tra-ditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,serum 5-hydroxytryptamine content and quality of life were com-pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 86.00%(43/50)compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the traditional Chinese medi-cine symptom score and serum 5-hydroxytryptamine content in the study group were lower,the quality of life scores were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effi-cacy of Tiaoshen Jianpi acupuncture combined with pinaverium bromide in the treatment of irritable bowel syn-drome has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome,which can regulate intestinal motility and promote the improvement of life quality.
