骨疏康颗粒口服联合[牙合]垫治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨颞下颌关节紊乱综合征(temporomandibulart disorder,TMD)患者实施骨疏康颗粒口服联合[牙合]垫治疗的效果分析。方法选取2023年6—12月龙口市人民医院收治的48例TMD患者,以不同的治疗方法分为两组(24例)。两组均采用骨疏康颗粒进行治疗,对照组采用金属托槽固定矫治器,观察组采用[牙合]垫治疗。比较两组张口度、疼痛程度、生活质量、治疗总有效率。结果治疗4周后、治疗结束后,观察组张口度更大,疼痛程度更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%(23/24),高于对照组的75.00%(18/24),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05)。结论骨疏康颗粒口服联合[牙合]垫治疗对颞下颌关节紊乱病能有效改善TMD患者的张口度、疼痛程度及生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration of Gushukang Granules combined with occlusal pad in patients with temporomandibular disorder(TMD).Methods A total of 48 patients with TMD admitted to Longkou People's Hospital from June to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups(24 cases)according to different treatment methods.Both groups were treated with Gushukang Granules.The control group was treated with metal bracket fixed appliance,and the observation group was treated with oc-clusal pad.The mouth opening,pain degree,quality of life and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment and after the end of treatment,the degree of mouth opening in the observation group was greater,and the degree of pain was lower,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%(23/24),which was higher than 75.00%(18/24)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05).Conclusion Gushukang Granules combined with occlusal pad can effectively improve the mouth opening,pain degree and quality of life of TMD patients.
