生鸡肉及其内脏表面弯曲菌检出情况及空肠弯曲菌耐药性分析

摘  要:目的调查酉阳本地肉鸡销售过程弯曲菌污染情况,了解肉鸡中空肠弯曲菌(简称CJ)的耐药情况,为卫生行政部门食品安全风险预警、农业部门指导农户合理用药提供科学依据、医疗部门治疗弯曲菌感染病人用药提供参考。方法按国标对酉阳菜市场肉鸡经营户销售生鸡肉表面及内脏进行采样,微需氧条件用Preston肉汤进行增菌及用Karmali琼脂平板分离培养,用氧化酶,触酶,马尿酸钠,吲哚乙酸脂试验进行鉴定。结果569份生鸡肉及内脏共检出弯曲菌95株,总检出率为16.70%(95/569);其中空肠弯曲菌70株,检出率为12.30%(70/569)、占比73.68%(70/95);结肠弯曲菌(简称CC)25株,检出率为4.39%(25/569)、占比27.78%(25/95);监测22株CJ对9种抗生素耐药率;耐药率最高为红霉素,四环素,克林霉素,均为90.91%;耐药率较高为链霉素,环丙沙星,庆大霉素,阿奇霉素,氟苯替考分别为68.18%,59.09%,54.55%,77.27%,59.09%;氯霉素耐药率最低,为36.36%;耐3重药物以上情况较严重,占比95.45%(21/22),以链霉素-阿奇霉素-红霉素-环丙沙星-克林霉素-庆大霉素-四环素耐药谱为主,占比19.05%(4/21)。结论酉阳本地销售生鸡肉存在一定程度CJ和CC的污染,且检出CJ多重耐药情况较严重,应继续加强此类监测,进一步了解生鸡肉的弯曲菌污染,并掌握弯曲菌药敏变化趋势,保护人民健康。Objective To investigate the contamination situation of campylobacter in the local broiler chicken sales process of in Youyang county,and understand the drug resistance of campylobacter jejuni(CJ for short)in the chicken,so as to provide scientific basis for health administrative department to issue early risk warning of food safety,and for agricultural department to guide farmers for rational pesticides use,and for medical treatment institute to refer the medication during the treatment of the patients with campylobacter infection.Methods The samples were collected from the surface of raw chicken and viscera which were selling in the vegetable markets as the national standard in Youyang county.The bacteria was increased with preston broth under the microaerobic condition,and isolated and cultured by Karmali agar plate,and identified with oxidase test,catalase test,sodium hippurate test and indolyl acetate test.Results Totally 95 strains of campylobacter were detected in 569 raw chicken and viscera samples,with the total detection rate of 16.70%(95/569).Among them,70strains of CJ were detected,with the detection rate of 12.30%(70/569),and accounted for 73.68%(70/95),25 strains of campylobacter coli(CC for short)were detected,with the detection rate of 4.39%(25/569),and accounted for 27.78%(25/95).The resistance to 9 antibiotics was monitored in 22 CJ strains.All of the drug resistance rate of erythromycin,tetracycline and clindamycin was 90.91%,the highest.The drug resistance rate of streptomycin,ciprofloxacin,gentamicin,azithromycin and flubentecol was high,and was 68.18%,59.09%,54.55%,77.27%and 59.09%,respectively.The drug resistance rate of chloramphenicol was 36.36%,the lowest.The resistance to more than three drugs was serious,accounting for 95.45%(21/22),and the resistance spectrum of streptomycin-azithromycin-erythromycin-ciprofloxacin-gentamicin-tetracycline was the main,accounting for 19.05%(4/21).Conclusions The CJ and CC contamination exists in the local raw chicken selling in Youyang county,and the re
