摘　　要：目的分析Meige综合征(MS)患者的睡眠特征。方法对105例MS患者进行了整夜的多导睡眠监测。结果选取2020年5月至2022年4月在河南省直第三人民医院拟行手术治疗的105例MS患者,所选患者的睡眠潜伏期为12.50(5.50,24.75)min,总睡眠时间为373.50(316.00,424.50)min,睡眠中觉醒次数为5(3,7)次,总觉醒时间为49.00(31.75,89.75)min,睡眠效率为81(71,88)%。N1期和N2期>参考值范围的患者分别占61.0%和63.8%,N3期和快速眼球运动(REM)期<参考值范围的患者分别占51.4%和75.2%。总睡眠时间与REM期、睡眠效率呈正相关。结论MS患者睡眠结构等多项睡眠参数发生改变,主要表现为浅睡眠期(N1期、N2期)增多,深睡眠期(N3期)和REM睡眠期减少。增加MS患者总睡眠时间可以提高睡眠效率和REM睡眠。Objective To analyse sleep characteristics of patients with Meige syndrome(MS).Methods A full-night polysomnogram was performed in 105 patients with MS.Results Selecting 105 MS patients who were scheduled to undergo surgical treatment at the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from May 2020 to April 2022,the sleep latency of selected patients was 12.50(5.50,24.75)minutes,the total sleep time was 373.50(316.00,424.50)minutes,the number of awakenings during sleep was 5(3,7)times,the total arousal time was 49.00(31.75,89.75)minutes,and the sleep efficiency was 81(71,88)%.Patients with N1 stage and N2 stage above the reference range accounted for 61.0% and 63.8% respectively,while patients with N3 stage and rapid eye movement(REM)stage below the reference range accounted for 51.4% and 75.2%respectively.Total sleep time was positively correlated with REM stage and sleep efficiency.Conclusion A number of sleep parameters such as sleep architecture were changed in MS patients,mainly manifested as increased light sleep(N1 stage and N2 stage),decreased deep sleep(N3 stage)and REM stage sleep.Increasing the total sleep time of patients with MS can improve sleep efficiency and REM sleep.
