熊去氧胆酸软胶囊联合常规治疗方案对胆汁反流性胃炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析熊去氧胆酸软胶囊联合常规治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)患者的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年8月漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院BRG患者112例,随机分为研究组(56例)与常规组(56例)。常规组采用常规治疗,研究组在常规组基础上加用熊去氧胆酸软胶囊。比较两组疗效、胆汁反流情况、症状积分、胃肠激素水平、血清炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率较常规组高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组症状积分低于常规组,胆汁反流情况、胃肠激素水平和炎症因子水平改善情况优于常规组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论熊去氧胆酸软胶囊联合常规治疗BRG,可减轻炎症反应,调节胃肠激素,改善胆汁反流情况,减轻临床症状,临床效果和安全性显著。Objective To analyze the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid soft capsule combined with routine treatment on symptom improvement and gastrointestinal hormone level in patients with bile reflux gastritis(BRG).Methods A total of 112 patients with BRG in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from January 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into study group(56 cases)and routine group(56 cases).The routine group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid soft capsule on the basis of the routine group.The curative effect,bile reflux,symptom score,gastrointestinal hormone level,serum inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the improvement of bile reflux,gastrointestinal hormone level and inflammatory factor level in the study group was better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic acid soft capsule combined with routine treatment of BRG can reduce inflammatory reaction,regulate gastrointestinal hormones,improve bile reflux,reduce clinical symptoms,and has definite clinical effect and safety.
