摘  要:为提高电子鼻检测效率,在已有的开放性气室结构基础上仿照人鼻结构,设计一种新型的气室结构。使用流体仿真的方法,对气室结构进行优化,对电子鼻洗气阶段进行气体交换仿真。结果表明:优化后的新型气室结构检测阶段平均峰值电压波动范围在4.8%内,在不影响检测阶段的基础上,将洗气时间由127.8 s缩短至65.8 s,洗气时间缩短48.5%,大幅度提高了此种电子鼻的检测效率。研究结果为其他类型电子鼻气室结构的优化提供参考。To improve the detection efficiency of the electronic nose,a novel gas chamber structure was designed by mimicking the human nasal anatomy based on an existing open gas chamber.Fluid simulation methods were employed to optimize the gas chamber structure and simulate gas exchange during the purge phase of the electronic nose.Results demonstrated that the optimized gas chamber exhibited an average peak voltage fluctuation of less than 4.8%during the detection phase.Without compromising detection performance,the purge time was reduced from 127.8 s to 65.8 s,achieving a 48.5%reduction in purge duration and significantly enhancing the overall detection efficiency of the electronic nose.This study provides a valuable reference for optimizing gas chamber structures in other types of electronic noses.
