摘　　要：随着冰雪运动的普及和竞技水平的提高,青少年冰雪运动人才的培养显得尤为重要。该文旨在探讨多元化培养模式下青少年冰雪运动人才梯队建设的实践与思考,以期为相关人才培养提供借鉴和参考。首先,分析了多元化培养模式的内涵与特点,并详细阐述了该模式下青少年冰雪运动人才梯队建设的具体实践,包括梯队构建、制定有针对性的培养方案以及竞赛与训练体系的融合等方面。其次,对比国内外培养模式与成功经验,并引用国外青少年冰雪运动人才梯队建设的成功案例。最后,对实践成效进行了评估,并提出了反思与优化建议。With the popularization of winter sports and the improvement of competitive levels,the cultivation of young talent in winter sports has become particularly important.This article aims to explore the practice and thinking of the construction of a youth talent pipeline for winter sports under a diversified training model,in order to provide reference and inspiration for relevant talent cultivation.The article first analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the diversified training model,and then elaborates on the specific practices of the construction of the youth talent pipeline for winter sports under this model,including the establishment of talent pipelines,the formulation of targeted training programs,and the integration of competition and training systems.Secondly,the article compares domestic and international training models and successful experiences,citing successful cases of youth winter sports talent pipeline construction abroad.Finally,the article evaluates the effectiveness of the practices and puts forward suggestions for reflection and optimization.
