摘　　要：体育硕士研究生培养质量关系着中国体育事业的高质量发展。该研究探讨了体育硕士“课内外-校内外”交互式培养的价值,并以北部湾大学为例阐释了课内场域、课外空间、校外场所的操作逻辑与实践方式,最后提出了增强人才培养与用人需求的紧密度、务实发挥“双导师制”的培养作用、积极探索课时互认的创新方式等优化路径。The quality of sports master's education is crucial to the high-quality development of China's sports industry.This study explores the value of"in-and-off class,in-and-off campus"interactive training for sports master's students,and research takes Beibu Gulf University as an example to analyze the teaching practice in-and-off class and in-and-off campus.Finally,the paper proposes development strategies to strengthen the close connection with employers,leverage the role of dual mentors,and explore the exchange of class hours.
